Our monthly members-only Supperclub comes to Galway. A five course menu built around oysters, seaweed and salt-marsh lamb from the west, served at a secret location revealed to booked members 48 hours beforehand. Twenty seats only, one long table, with a glass of something good on arrival. Monday or Tuesday evening, 7pm to 9.30pm.
