Our monthly members-only Supperclub comes to Trim. A five course menu built around open-fire cooking, black pudding and brown butter, served at a secret location revealed to booked members 48 hours beforehand. Twenty seats only, one long table, with a glass of something good on arrival. Monday or Tuesday evening, 7pm to 9.30pm.
